The award will be judged by an outstanding panel made up of leading figures in the world of culture, art, applied arts, fashion and design, chaired by Elisabetta Fabri, President and CEO of Starhotels, who has championed and promoted this project entitled “La Grande Bellezza – the Dream Factory”.
Patron of the award is Cinzia TH Torrini, internationally renowned Florentine director and screenwriter who has just completed the successful “Pezzi unici”, broadcast on RAI 1 and set in the world of Italian craftsmanship.

Stefano Boeri
Architect and urban planner, he is a tenured professor at the Polytechnic University of Milan and heads up the Future City Lab at the Tongji University di Shanghai. His architectural firm, Stefano Boeri Architetti – with offices in Milan, Shanghai and Tirana – produces concepts relating to both urban planning and to design, paying constant attention to the relationship between the city and nature in modern-day metropolitan cities. Stefano Boeri has been President of the Triennale di Milano, Milan’s design and art museum, since 2018.

Son of Piero Fornasetti, the famous founder of the Made in Italy brand of that name and among the leading companies producing high-end Italian craftsmanship, renowned throughout the world for its unmistakeable interior design style. Barnaba Fornasetti leads the family brand with tremendous vision and talent, ensuring the international success of the business.
Marva Griffin Wilshire
Founder and curator of the first edition of SaloneSatellite back in 1998, an initiative by the Salone Internazionale del Mobile to create an international launch-pad for young creatives and universities and schools of design throughout the world. In addition to her role in SaloneSatellite, Marva Griffin Wilshire is the Director of international press at the Salone del Mobile. Considered a true muse in the world of design, in 2014 she received the Compasso d’Oro award for career achievement.
Ugo La Pietra
Artist, architect and designer, radical intellectual and untiring researcher in the field of urban planning, applied arts and visual research, host of cultural events. A reference figure in the world of high-end craftsmanship in Italy and beyond, for which he has always been the greatest promoter in all the key areas of craftsmanship in the country. In 1979 he received the Compasso d’oro and in 2016 the Compasso d’oro for career achievement.
Livia Peraldo Matton
Architect and journalist, Livia joined Elle Decor Italia in 1990, when the monthly magazine was launched, as Art Director. In June 2001 she became Editor-in-Chief. In recent years she has guided the evolution of Elle Decor Italia, transforming it from a magazine into a multimedia platform that includes a website, social media, special projects, exhibitions and installations.
Ippolita Rostagno
A jewellery designer, Ippolita is the founder of Artemest, now the most important and authoritative online network of high-quality artisan businesses, offering an extraordinary international shop window for the most authentic Italian master craftsmanship. The site represents over 900 businesses, including craftspeople and designers, and distributes over 30,000 products throughout the world.

She was selected as the Art Director for the “La Grande Bellezza” project, for the production of Starhotels branded items, created with some of the best Italian craftspeople.
